Jayson Swain found his way to Knoxville as a college athlete from the heart of Crimson Tide country in Huntsville, Alabama, but he has found a home in Vol Nation. The former Tennessee wide receiver from 2003-06 was a popular target for his quarterback Erik Ainge (host of the Erik Ainge Show with Brian Rice) and finished his UT career in the top 20 in numerous receiving categories. Jayson joined the Vol Network for football broadcasts as sideline reporter in 2022. Jayson remained in that role as well as giving his analysis on the Big Orange Countdown pregame show and Coach Josh Heupel Postgame Show. Beginning in 2025, Swain will move to the broadcast booth as co-host and analyst during the broadcast. You can listen to Jayson on Josh and Swain every weekday from noon to 3 p.m.
